Our trip to Disneyland this summer was such a special event. The best parts were that our whole family got to go together and watching the looks on the grands faces--SO much to see and experience! We spent the first day in Disneyland and then the second in Ca Adventure.
Much has changed in the 14 years since I've been to Disneyland! Inside the park, a lot was familiar, but walking up to the entrance was very different with CA Adventure being right next to it. We stopped to get a group picture as we neared the castle. Jen set the timer on the camera to try to get all of us in the 3rd pic, but by then little faces were getting distracted. Plus I don't think they knew where to look!

| Midway through the day, Nathan gave out and fell asleep; Amelia was slowly eating a Mickey Mouse ice cream that was starting to melt all over her, so, of course, Jen had to "tidy" it up for her. |

We were definitely ready for some food and comfy beds by the time we got to our hotel. We topped off the evening with standing outside the front of the hotel to watch fireworks.
