Where to begin?

I seem to have gotten behind in my blogging. The last couple weeks have flown by; it almost felt like a time warp when I came home after being gone for 5 days/6 nights. Then this morning when I woke up and my left eye was glued shut, it added to the strangeness. But I did my obligatory 2+ hours at the urgent care to get eye drops for my conjunctivitis and I hope tomorrow begins with both eyes popping open. I thought about posting a picture, but decided it was more than I wanted to share!  I also thought it somewhat strange (and pointless) to be given an eye chart exam at urgent care--well, not the whole test, but the part with my glasses off.  Chart, what chart?? Well, yes, I could read the top row of one large letter....

Now to get back to what I've missed posting about.

Cade and Isa have begun soccer practice and I rearranged my schedule so I could attend one of the practices a couple weeks ago. Before Cade left to go out on the field, I told him to turn around so I could take his picture. The pose was his idea.
I think maybe he's been watching big sister, Isa, who is in to posing.

Walking out to the field with Daddy

Following directions

The sideline gallery was busy, too.

As much fun as it was to watch these 2 and 3 year olds, I'd have to say that it was not as much fun watching the adults out on the field with them. Come on parents, pick ONE family member to accompany your little one! Some had both mom and dad out there giving directions, and one little guy had mom, dad, grandma, and grandpa!!! Poor boy didn't know who to listen to!

Jst wait for the games to begin and they'll start yelling at the little ones! Crazy.
Cade is simply precious, just want to squish him with hugs.
Enjoy!
I've missed seeing you.
