This first picture is of her when she first figured out how to make the bubble wrap pop with her feet like her big sis and bro were able to do. At first we thought she might not be heavy enough, but then, success! She was very happy with herself.
And this is what I found when I returned:
The missing shirt? She had already taken it off once earlier because the stretchiness bothered her.
I gave up and just let her finish one of the pears. No more peeling and cutting small bites for this little one!
(Well, actually, I do still cut small bites when I'm trying to slow her down while eating!)
So I sneaked into the kitchen to try to get a headstart on making lunch. Mind you, I had full view of Cade's bedroom door and thought I was watching. Apparently not. There must have been a moment where I turned my back to get something, because when I peaked into the bedroom--no Sydney on the bed. Little Miss was found in Jill and Marcus' bedroom at the computer, marking pens in hand. She had decorated everything she could reach, including the monitor and herself. (Yea for dry erase pens!)
Oh Sydney, you DO make me smile!
